This bake offers less than 1/3 the carbs and less calories than the traditional classic.
- 3 (4-ounce) containers Gerber™ sweet potato baby food
- 4 tablespoons Clover Valley™ butter, melted
- 3 Clover Valley™ eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Clover Valley™ all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed Clover Valley™ light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Clover Valley™ vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Clover Valley™ baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Clover Valley™ baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Clover Valley™ ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Clover Valley™ salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch-square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potato baby food and butter; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended then pour into baking dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 16 squares and serve warm.

- 1-3/4 cups Meadow Gold™ 1% lowfat milk
- 1 tablespoon Clover Valley™ butter
- 3 tablespoons Clover Valley™ all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Clover Valley™ paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Clover Valley™ salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Clover Valley™ black pepper
- 2 (10-ounce) bags Birdseye™ frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 (6.6-ounce) can Clover Valley™ sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tablespoon Clover Valley™ dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup Clover Valley™ shelled walnuts, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat milk and butter until hot. Whisk in flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in green beans, mushrooms, and minced onion. Pour green bean mixture into an 8-inch-square baking dish and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.

- 1/4 cup Domino™ granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s ground cinnamon
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water, divided
- 2 (8-ounce) containers Green Acres™ pear slices in light syrup, drained and pears cut into thirds
- 2 (0.53-ounce) packages Good & Smart™ freeze-dried apple crisps
- 2 tablespoons Ocean Spray™ dried cranberries
- 1-1/2 tablespoon Clover Valley™ cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Clover Valley™ instant oats
- 2 tablespoons Clover Valley™ all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Clover Valley™ light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Clover Valley™ cold butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, cinnamon, and 1 cup water; bring to a boil. Stir in pears, dried apples, and cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and remaining 2 tablespoons water. Pour into fruit mixture and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Spoon fruit mixture into 6 individual ramekins.
- In a small bowl, combine oats, flour brown sugar, and butter. Using a fork, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over pear mixture.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
