Award Recognizes Company’s Customer-Focused Digital Enhancements

retailX and Retail TouchPoints recognized Dollar General with a Brand Experience Award in the Pivot Strategy category, highlighting the accelerated deployment of new digital initiatives to generate greater customer convenience.

Dollar General continues to enhance customers’ shopping experiences by adding services that could expedite a shopping trip, help further stretch their budget through digital coupons, allow advanced planning options and maximize a shopper’s time. For the customer’s benefit, DG added and further enhanced convenience offerings including DG Pickup, DoorDash and self-checkout in select markets.
