Dollar General has been recognized as a
2020 Women on Boards winning company for 2016.
2020 Women on Boards is a non-profit grassroots campaign to increase the number of women on corporate boards to twenty percent by 2020. Winning companies champion board diversity by having twenty percent or more of their board seats held by women.
Currently, three women serve on Dollar General’s seven-member Board of Directors: Sandra B. Cochran, Patricia D. Fili-Krushel and Paula A. Price.
Championing diversity and inclusion on our Board of Directors, as well as on our corporate leadership team and throughout our organization, is an important part of our culture at Dollar General and is important to our company’s long-term success.
