Two Dollar General Leaders Receive Chain Store Age’s 2024 Retail’s Top Women Award

Kelly Dilts and Rebecca Powers Named Honorees


Dollar General is proud to announce that Kelly Dilts, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Rebecca Powers, vice president, distribution, have been named recipients of Chain Store Age’s 2024 Retail’s Top Women Award. The awards program recognizes their contributions to retail operations with Kelly being honored in the finance category and Rebecca being honored in the supply chain category.

Kelly joined DG in 2019 and was promoted to her current CFO role in 2023. As CFO, she develops and executes the financial strategy of the Company while fulfilling responsibilities spanning financial management, merchandise and market planning, business and customer insights and procurement.

Rebecca joined DG in 2022 as the Company’s first female VP of distribution and oversees five distribution centers, devising strategies and delivering the resources distribution teams need. Working to inspire, support and empower both female leaders and their male allies, Rebecca actively promotes the progression of female leadership in supply chain.

Chain Store Age’s 2024 Retail’s Top Women Awards recognizes outstanding female executives in retail to highlight the crucial role women play in key areas of retail operations and their overall contributions to the industry at large.  The program recognizes women in technology, supply chain, store development/facilities management and real estate.

Both women have also been previously named to Mass Market Retailer’s Most Influential Women List, Dilts in 2020, and Powers in 2024.
