Three Dollar General Female Leaders Named to 2021 HERoes Role Model Lists

HERoes Recognizes Champions of Women in Business and
Drivers of Change for Gender Diversity in the Workplace
Dollar General is pleased to announce that three of the Company’s female leaders have been named to the 2021 HERoes Women Role Model Lists supported by Yahoo Finance. Kathy Reardon, executive vice president and chief people officer; Melanie Cook, vice president, assistant general counsel; and Mary Alice Kirby, senior director, inventory accounting, were recognized for their efforts in championing women in business and driving change for gender diversity in the workplace at DG.

Each list features 100 women and aims to represent a wide range of impactful and innovative work being done for inclusion across different countries, organizations and sectors. The recognition celebrates the diverse range of inspiring individuals who have made it their personal mission to make a difference.

Kathy Reardon was named to the HERoes 100 Women Executives List - ranked in the top 20. Melanie Cook and Mary Alice Kirby were each named to the HERoes 100 Women Future Leaders List.
