Recognizing Achievement: Bethany Mason

Dollar General is proud to announce Color Magazine recognized Bethany Mason, director of employment branding and inclusion, with the 2018 All-Inclusive Leadership Individual Award. Each year, Color Magazine recognizes an individual advancing the evolution of diversity and inclusion efforts within their organization and/or community.

Earlier this year, Mason was recognized with the Ally Award by the Nashville, Tennessee LGBT Chamber and named to the 2018 list of Top Corporate Diversity Executives by Black Enterprise magazine.
