OREO Holiday Bark
This bark is perfect for gift-giving and sharing with friends and family during the holiday season.
 
Ingredients
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
9 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
12 Winter OREO Cookies, roughly chopped
3 Clover Valley® Candy Canes, crushed (about 1/4 cup)
 
Directions
Cover large baking sheet with foil. Spread semi-sweet chocolate in a thin layer onto pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Spread white chocolate in a thin layer over semi-sweet chocolate. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Break into pieces or cut with cookie cutters to make Holiday OREO Bark Christmas Trees (see below). Store in tightly covered container.
 
Tip:
Cut bark using various sized star-shaped cookie cutters. Stack stars to form tree shapes. For easier cutting, use a wooden mallet to tap the cutter to cut through the bark. 
 
Easy Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookies (Small-Batch Quantity)
Ingredients
1 (7.5-oz.) pouch Betty Crocker™ chocolate chip cookie mix
Clover Valley® Butter and water called for on cookie mix pouch
3/4 cup Hershey's® premier white baking chips or semisweet or Special Dark® chocolate chips
2 tsp. Clover Valley® Shortening
Clover Valley® Candy Sprinkles
 
Directions
Make cookies as directed on pouch; cool completely, about 15 minutes.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chips and shortening, uncovered on Medium (50%) 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once, until chips can be stirred smooth. 
Carefully dip each cookie halfway into melted chips; wipe off excess on edge of bowl. Place on cooking parchment-lined tray; top with sprinkles. Let stand until coating is firm, about 1 hour. Refrigerate cookies to speed up set up time for coating, if desired.
