Major retailer’s program offers over $100 in additional digital coupon savings

(BUSINESS WIRE), October 06, 2014 - Dollar General’s new Fast Way to Save program is now available in stores and online, offering customers a more convenient way to save money on the brands they use and trust most. The program, which runs now through November 15, 2014, utilizes Dollar General’s new DG Digital Coupon platform powered by Coupons.com and offers an additional $100 in digital coupon discounts to Dollar General customers.

“The new Fast Way to Save program provides customers an even greater opportunity to save money on a wide assortment of items and categories,” said Dave D’Arezzo, Dollar General’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer. “By utilizing the DG Digital Coupon program, customers have additional flexibility in choosing how they can save money in our stores and through this program they will have access to more than 130 new discounts and additional savings will be added weekly. Many of the offers are also exclusive to Dollar General customers, further demonstrating Dollar General’s commitment to helping our customers Save Time. Save Money. Every day!

Customers can take advantage of the Fast Way to Save program by adding specialized coupons onto their DG Digital Coupon profile either through a mobile device or online at www.dollargeneral.com or on the DG smartphone application. When customers check out and sign in with their DG Digital Coupon 10-digit numeric identification number, they will receive the selected discounts on qualifying purchases.
