Dollar General to Host 2022 Days of Beauty

Six-Day Virtual Celebration Scheduled for July; Spotlights Health, Beauty and Wellness at DG
Dollar General is excited to announce the 2022 virtual Days of Beauty event on July 11-16, 2022! Held online daily, the six-day celebration is open to all and will spotlight multicultural beauty and wellness through tutorials and beauty talks on textured hair, makeup and nail products, available at DG. For seven years, Days of Beauty has celebrated multicultural women’s beauty from the inside out.
Registration for the event is free and is now open online at DollarGeneral.com/DaysofBeauty. The first 5,000 adult registrants will receive a beauty box filled with textured hair and skin products, makeup and other beauty items highlighted during the event.
The full schedule is available online here and will be streamed live on the DG Beauty Instagram page (@DollarGeneralBeauty), and on Dollar General’s YouTube channel.
Leading this year’s festivities is celebrity guest Sherri Shepherd, renowned actress, comedienne, bestselling author and an Emmy® award-winning former co-host of ABC’s The View. In addition, the DG Beauty Instagram page will feature daily online presentations with 20+ beauty influencers leading makeup tutorials, beauty discussions and more.
Dollar General will also extend its mission of Serving Others and present the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NBCW) with a $10,000 donation. The funds aim to further NCBW’s mission of advocating on behalf of black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in health, education and economic empowerment areas.
