Dollar General plans to webcast its 2012 annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, June 1, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. CT/10:00 a.m. ET. The webcast will be broadcast live online at www.dollargeneral.com under “Investor Information, Conference Calls and Investor Events” and will be accessible through Friday, June 15, 2012.
First Quarter 2012 Financial Results
Dollar General plans to report its financial results for the quarter ended May 4, 2012 on Monday, June 4, 2012, at 3:05 p.m. CT/4:05 p.m. ET. Following the release of this information, Rick Dreiling, chairman and chief executive officer, and David Tehle, chief financial officer, will host a conference call at 3:30 p.m. CT/4:30 p.m. ET on Monday, June 4, 2012.
