Path to Purchase Institute has announced Molly Hjelm, head of ad sales for DG Media Network (DGMN), as a winner of its ninth annual Women of Excellence Awards. Molly was recognized in the Industry Impact category, which highlights creative and breakthrough solutions, a demonstrated ability to think outside the box, and ability to successfully shepherd new ideas. The program highlights female brand marketers, retailers, agency executives and solution providers for their achievements in influencing the commerce marketing industry and shoppers along the path to purchase.
While new to DG, Molly isn’t new to the retail media space. With 15 years of honing her craft, Molly unleashes the power of next-generation marketing and ad sales at DGMN. Molly inspires her team and the industry at large, pushing the boundaries of conventional marketing approaches and leading DGMN’s ad sales team to impressive results.
As head of ad sales for DGMN, Molly is at the forefront of the retail media scene, challenging traditional digital media methods. She and the DGMN team have transformed their go to market strategy and the enhanced the value that DGMN generates for its advertiser partners. Looking ahead, Molly and team are tailoring DGMN’s strategy to reach the consumer wherever they are in their shopping journey in a way that best fits their needs.
