Dollar General is honored to announce Emily Taylor, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer, was named winner of a 2021 Retail Innovator Award from Retail TouchPoints in the Customer Experience Innovation category.

pOpshelf is a differentiated retail concept that launched in October 2020 aimed at driving ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction through an exciting retail experience. pOpshelf currently has stores in Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama with the first Florida location under construction. The Company expects to operate up to 50 pOpshelf locations and 25 store-within-a-store combination stores with DG Markets in various markets by January 2022.
